Quarterly ERA Reviews
PRA Group can provide a quarterly review of your use of ERA. These reviews are designed to assist you to maximize your use of ERA and to give you assurances that you are on track with your assessment processes. The quarterly reviews include:
• A review of the user's builder files and suggested improvements to framework and functionality
• Refresher training for assessor users (power and/or java)
• Addressing any difficulties with current use of the software
• New version training
• Training on functionality not currently used

PRA Group assists or facilitates the implementation of ERM programs for clients by providing training, risk templates and methodologies used at our other clients to ensure best practices for their ERM programs. We provide training to Risk and senior executive Management to enable them to conduct risk workshops and make use of the risk inventories used at other organizations to instill a risk management tone throughout the organization. We also provide technical training and support for implementation of the Methodware ERA software tool as we are a Solutions and Certified Training Partner.
Through our work with Credit Unions and other organizations throughout Western Canada we would provide introductions to our risk management community for the purpose of exchanging insights through our risk management and Methodware User group forums. We utilize “Resolver Ballot” for independent and anonymous voting to complete governance assessments in a time effective process that enables critical issues to be raised in a non-threatening environment.
Web-based Solution
PRA Group also provides a national, web-based ERM solution for Credit Unions of all sizes. A centralized repository for risk and audit information enhances ease of access while reducing ongoing software maintenance and requirements to manage periodic upgrades. This solution is currently utilized by several Credit Unions to enhance productivity and the accessibility to critical information while away from the office.
